We had a great Turkey day this year. Although it was a strange 79 degrees outside, it made for a perfect day because it was sunny so the kids could play outside with their cousins. My kids love getting to spend time with their 8 cousins, and to me that is something truly precious. I couldn't imagine any holiday without that.
We are such a large group that we take up three tables! I thought I would show the pictures of the tables because my mom did such a lovely job decorating.
After we had stuffed ourselves, we sent the turkey police out after illegal nappers.
Yep, you guessed it he is headed off to Pop's room.
That's not really my parent's room he is headed toward. Besides, Pop was napping on the couch...silly!It was a really busy week, but despite all of the preparations, the kids got to spend some quality time with their grandparents.
