Mary Grace's Birthday part 1

This weekend in addition to celebrating the 4th of July with my family, we also celebrated Mary Grace's 2nd birthday. We will be out of town with the Binghams on her actual birthday, so we decided to have two separate birthday parties.

This party had a luau theme complete with grass skirts, leis, and a hula girl cake!

This is the cake my mom made for Mary Grace! Isn't it so cute!!!!!! It is also the little doll cake mold that my mom used for me when I was a little girl. It hink this may be the last time that she gets used though because her right arm is about to fall off! That would be pretty traumatic for the next blankenship child that uses her for a birthday cake.

I think Mary Grace really like it!
This was Mary Grace's birthday invitation! It reads: Let's Hula by the pool-a!

Smile Drew! It's her birthday not her wedding day! I love Drew's shirt. We got it out of Dad's closet. It is vintage. Can't you tell?

Anna Beth, Mary Grace and Connor. They were so cute, I didn't even have to tell them to get in the picture with her. Wylie of course would not get in the picture!

Everyone really got into the theme! This is Dad, Tripp and Drew.

Me and Carrie.

This is my favorite picture! Look at the expression on Mary Grace's face!! That is worth a million dollars. This was her favorite present! It is a doll high chair, which still has not been put together because we discovered upon opening it that it is missing about half of its parts. Thanks Learning Express!

This is Wylie's present to Mary Grace. It is a little toy horse that you can feed and comb! She loved it.

It was a really successful birthday party! We can't wait for part 2!
