Winter Olympics!

The Bingham family had a great Valentine's weekend. We got about three inches of snow, which was enough to build snowmen, have snowball fights and go sledding!
This is what we woke up to after it had snowed all day on Friday. It was absolutely beautiful outside. This is a shot of our street.
Here is our house. You'll have to excuse the tape on the window. We are in the process of painting the den.
The kids building their snowman, "Frosty".
Poor Frosty went through three head transplants because every time Mary Grace would go outside she would tackle him!

Wylie sledding down the neighbors driveway. Apparently he got pretty good and fast! Notice how far away Drew is standing for the picture. That is because Wylie would be close to him in about two seconds!

Valentine goodies on Sunday morning. Or as I refer to it, Sugar Fest 2010!

I hope you all had a great V-day!

Jeffery's Baptism

We finally got Jeffery Baptised this last weekend. It was a beautiful day, and the ceremony was so sweet. Jeffery did a good job. As long as his fist was able to be in his mouth, he is a happy camper. This is the one good picture that I got before the batteries exhausted.

Naughty Little Elf!

We have an Elf on the Shelf named Fleeble Flabble. For those of you who do not know what that is, he is an Elf that comes and stays with our family throughout the Christmas season. He is here to spy on our kids and report back to Santa nightly. He will take a new spot every day, and the kids love to wake up and look for him. He doesn't really cause any problems, he just pops about the house.

I think our elf has gotten fairly comfortable after being with us for several years now because he has started being mischevious. Here is what we all woke up to the other morning.
Hmmm...here he is atop the baker's rack in the kitchen, but wait, what is that next to him. An empty bag of oreos perhaps.
Mmm hmmm, and a partially eaten oreo in his hand!
And on his chubby little rosie cheeks.... crumbs from an overnight cookie craving.

Busted!

Wylie's 6th B-day

I cannot believe that my little man is 6!!!!! It seems like yesterday that my water broke at Drew's company Christmas party sending us to the hospital for an unexpected 36 week delivery. Time flies by so fast!

This is what Wylie woke up to on Saturday morning. You can't tell, but there are two little action figures on the top of his cake. I say that this is what "Wylie" woke up to because as you can tell it is still dark outside and Mommy and Daddy are not pleased to be up so early on a Saturday!

This year for Wylie's birthday we decided to take two of his little friends to the Atlanta aquarium. We had a great time. The Aquarium is really neat!

Wylie's favorite...the shark!

Gingerbread House Fun!

We made a gingerbread house as a family the other night, and had so much fun. Here are the pictures of the chaos...I mean fun!

Baby Jeffery looking over at the fun. No candy for me?

I am honestly surprised that there was any candy left for the house.

Sweet brothers!
Wait a minute! Whose hand is that?

The finished product.

Bad Pictures round 2...please vote!

Okay folks. I thought that over the Thanksgiving break, I would gather help and attempt a Christmas card picture. So after three adults, and two cameras, I still ended up with very disappointing pictures. Since I refuse to pay $300.00 for a stinkin' photo session, I have decided to put the pictures up for a vote (Hollie this means you have to participate!) Please view the following photos and please tell me which one you think we should use this year.
Option 1: Drunk Baby Jeffery
Option 2: Most likely
Option 3: Smile Please

Option 4: Not really an option, but I thought it was funny!

These next two are just ones that my mom wanted. I really did not want one with me in it, but I thought since we are voting, I would put them in too.

Option 5: Yoo hoo Jeffery!

Option 6: Geez, Mary Grace, could you look any more grim!

If, by some miracle, it ever stops raining, and I have the time to get everyone dressed I may try again. Until then, please comment or e-mail me, facebook me, twitter me, smoke signals, etc. and tell me which one you think we should use.

Seriously...I need a new camera.

Okay, I have had it with my camera. I almost threw it on the ground the day I took these pictures. I really wanted a decent picture to frame of my three children. I have some really cute ones of Jeffery and Mary Grace, but I need one of all three. After all I do have three children, and I am VERY proud of that fact! I got all three kids dressed, waited for the perfect time of day, set my scene at the front door, and bribed the older kids with candy. All was perfect.

Here are the results.

Either my camera would not stay on, or it would take three seconds for it to actually capture the picture, or it would take forever to get back to the picture taking mode! Ughhhh!

And finally....

I guess I should have used the setting where you can take a bunch of pictures at once. I am going to start working on Christmas pictures now!

Happy Thanksgiving!
